Hi there, I'm Ana

I am Brazilian and I live in NYC since 2018. I am an art lover, book worm, and travel enthusiast.

Since December 2018, I found in photography a way to communicate my feelings and share my views of the world.

I’ve always loved people watching and always enjoyed imagining people's stories while they pass by me and somehow photography allows me to tell people's stories but real ones, the ones lived at home, in the neighborhood, at the park, in the quiet and ordinary moments that actually mean everything.

Photographing Brazilians who live here means witnessing love, growth, change, belonging, and the beauty of building life far from home. I want to create images that feel warm today, and still feel like home years from now.
